Calgary International Airport is located in Calgary and only minutes to Downtown and just over an hour to Banff, nestled in the Canadian Rockies. This airport is the main airport for Southern Alberta, interior British Columbia, and parts of Saskatchewan. The Airport is amongst the most modern, with a Domestic Wing, International Wing, and USA wing. Pulling up by private vehicle taxi, you are only steps to the check-in counter. You can also take the shuttle service and other forms of public transport to reach the terminal, but make sure you allow more time, especially if you are trying to catch an international flight.
